Russian soldiers captured the first two prisoners of Shkval Battalion, who were hiding in a house on Novoselivka Persha outside Avdeevka. The newly formed battalion deployed by the 47th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade of AFU is the backbone of Ukrainian formations to confront the Russian infantry, but the unit's attack failed miserably.
