What if the worst case scenario is a hemorrhagic bioweapon coupled with a nuke or an emp that takes the grid down? Dave Hodges suggested years ago that when TPTB are ready to pull the plug, that's how they'd do it. Water, food, gas, guns, ammo, medical supplies, trade goods, rinse and repeat.
